“Inner identity–culture shock” is the central focus of my current practice. As both a mother and an artist, recording has become my way of making art and finding relief. Through recording, I clarify and narrow the direction of my work.

I explore the struggles and reflections experienced by mothers living in international contexts. I am gathering material for documentary and installation works, capturing repetitive everyday sounds and preparing performance actions shaped by these recordings.

I am systematically collecting the soundscape of care—the often overlooked sounds of family life and childcare abroad. Analyzing these audio fragments, I am developing a new performance and sound installation in which my body responds to these cues. The work examines how the “noise” of motherhood influences physical movement and emotional space.
